Hi Colette, you are a very busy lady and do mind your shoulders, I’ve had three shoulder surgeries years back with two screws on the last one, the cottage looks lovely. You will enjoy the new hair color, I’m 66 and started growing the dye out in 2020, I receive compliments from women 40’s to 60’s years in age quite often, I love the natural highlights. On being positive in this time of life and the crazy world, we loss our younger adult son suddenly in 12/2020, my husband, older son (mental challenged) and myself are forever changed, I think of him several times a day after 3 1/2 years its there the empty space and his love and laughter. Little Patsy is loving her new bed and realizes her Mom talks to……herself, lol, what are you knitting do share, love the color. Blessings from Nashville Tennessee ❤

Hello Colette, thank you for the video, Yes it does make a big difference letting household items go, or moving furniture around. I'm on my own, my family aren't local , so what does one do, sit and wait for them to visit and help, of course not, I'm an independent 73 year old, learnt very early in my life if it needs doing get on with it. No need to strain yourself or procrastinate over it if your able just do what you can, Myself and my sisters are likeminded. When the work is done it's time to have a chat over a cuppa with friends or a day out somewhere, Life isn't all work no play, it shouldn't grind us down. Focus on what we can do, give a helping hand where we can, a smile on your face can make such a difference to someone's day. Hugs and Blessings Colette. 💚🌹

Hi Colette and Patsy! Good evening from me, Brigit, and Gracie (my two kitties). We just recently relocated to a new place. I am in the process of decluttering as well. As for the move, I did most of it myself, except for help with the big stuff. There was, and still is, something about the cleansing energy of doing it myself. Have a good one!

You are right on the mark Colette. Our world leaders are about their own pockets and not their people. America where I live is in a horrible spot for our next choices for president it is disgusting. I will not vote for either of the choices for our two major political parties. There is a third and I will be voting for him. My conscience just wont let me vote for them. My candidate may not make it but, my vote will not be wasted on fear mongers. And I fully intend to see my pets that have passed again someday. Morality and empathy will be guiding my decisions. Keep Ranting!!

Like the electric shock thing! I need it alot lately because I keep thinking about the people I loved that passed and it makes me feel so sad but now their suffering is over. I miss them so much. I know you miss Jack and your loved ones. Like the quote my mother used to say, "Life is for the living". Be gone sad thoughts. Be gone negative thoughts.

Your next book title must be My Say. It strikes me that viewers here or on Facebook have been taught to have the mistaken opinion that they are doing something to change things by commenting when they disagree with a poster. But the comments section anywhere is only there to get the viewer to let off steam so they do not actually do anything to change things. To do something, we must do something. I think that sentence may be my finest ever. Haha. Unsubscribing or commenting is the biggest con ever.It changes nothing. I admire you because you do something. You know what you think: You take action, and have made a space for sanity. Thank you for your sanity.

I’m loving this morning “visit”, you are calming and grounding. I grew up cooking on a wood stove and still enjoy the immersive process so much whenever I am able. I still heat with just wood but our heating stove doesn’t have a nice cooktop. That stove of yours is a delight!!! I smiled out loud when I saw Patsy crawl up into your lap wanting to be the center of your attention… she is so settled and happy! It’s been such fun to watch her gradually take over as queen of the cottage. LOL! ❤❤❤

My son has autism Colette and he struggles with sound and as a result he never likes me to put anything on tube in his presence but he never ever complains about your voice and he loves bealtaine Cottage and also he adored jack. Our neighbour now has a dog that looks like jack called Daisy and every time he sees daisy he speaks about Jack the vegan dog...he loves that video...he says can I watch jack the peas ❤ x

Hello Colette. I have always held that you should keep your Stanley and have it reconditioned. It is a sweet little stove. I like the style of it and it functions so well. We have a Home Comfort ( 1930) which was made in MO. It was a family piece that I restored. I colored my hair until 2020, after retirement from the workplace. At first it was frustrating, but I am much happier with my natural state. No fuss and it is fine. Well your talk hit home! Yes, we have two choices. The negative takes me down and serves no purpose.~ Diane

Hi Colette I agree with what you are saying for the most part except for me in my situation I was not feeling physically well and capable of doing my job anymore. I did complain because I don't look my age and ppl did not understand, my job is physically demanding. I had to advocate for myself as much as I hated to do it. My hours are cut back and as my name suggests I am now semi retired. Now that I'm not working as much I'm feeling much better. I will stop complaining about my health now since I'm feeling better. Take care.

Just love your plain old common sense Colette, decluttering or change brigs a new energy to spaces. I live in a village surrounded by trees and nature, vital to wellbeing.... just wish people would look up from their phones and notice their surroundings. Blessings.🌳
